Dr. Ahsan Ullah was born on November
11, 1964 at Feni in Bangladesh.
He received B.Sc (Honors) degree & M.Sc degree in Applied Mathematics
respectively in 1985 and 1986 from the University of Chittagong,
Bangladesh. He joined Govt. service on December 13, 1988.
He has completed Doctor of
Engineering degree in Information Engineering in 2006 from the Hiroshima
University, Japan. Fellow, Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation (Japan).
He has five publications in
International Journal. He also visited Japan,
South Korea, Hong Kong and Malaysia to attend International seminar as well
as took part as a session chairman on IT service Technology, 8th
ICACT 2006, in South Korea.
He is also a member of International Association of Engineers, IAENG,
Secretariat, Hong Kong.
He completed “English Language and
Computer Application” Training by PATC, Bangladesh and completed “Master
Trainers” Training on ICT by SESIP Under the ministry of Education.
